The Three Sisters rock formation is an iconic landmark, a treasure to the people of the Katoomba area in Australia. It has long been considered a place of cultural significance to the aboriginal people.
There is a walk spot that features some of the best views of the Three Sisters, as well as the surrounding Blue Mountains National Park. It rises about a kilometre above sea level and the walk is family-friendly. The trio of rock spires has lent itself to aboriginal legends and is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon when visiting New South Wales. Whether taking a large group tour or a more private tour (or going to explore independently), it is a true wonder.Places nearby:
