Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, located 40 kilometers from Delhi, is a bird watcher's paradise.
The place is home to as many as 250 different species of migratory birds, and visitors can see a lot of them, especially during the winters. These birds arrive here after covering mind-boggling distances from Central Asia, Siberia and different parts of Europe. There are also myriad resident birds that have made the sanctuary their home and can be sighted all through the year.
