One of the largest domes in the world can be seen atop St. Joseph's Oratory in Montreal, and it's also Canada's largest church.
The church was begun in 1904 and not completed until 1967; today it's a popular pilgrimage site as well as tourist attraction for over 2 million people each year. Brother Andre, an important figure in the Catholic church requested that his heart should help protect the basilica after his death; today it can be seen in the church's reliquary.
