Located near Vyborg, Russia, the Park Monrepo Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum Preserve is the only rocky landscape park in Russia that dates back to the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
The park, located on the coast of the Vyborg Gulf, covers an area of 163 hectares. It is famous all over the world for its spectacular sights.
The staff of Monrepos Park Museum carries out numerous works on studying & preservation of this unique park. During the past 15 years some noteworthy destroyed objects have been restored. They include a statue, Temple of the Neptune, as well as Chinese bridges.
