The Paco da Liberdade is a historic building located in the city center of Curitiba, capital of the Brazilian state of Paraná. It was inaugurated on February 24, 1916.
The building is listed by the municipal heritage and the Secretary of State of Culture of the Government of Parana as well as the National Historical Heritage. Reopened on March 29, 2009, after undergoing a thorough restoration funded by SESC, it became a cultural center run by the SESC System (SESC, SENAC and Fecomercio).
The Palace housed the first elevator in the city of Curitiba, which was installed in it during its construction.
