Many aviation enthusiasts visit the Musee Aeroscopia near Toulouse, France to see legendary aircraft close up, such as the Caravelle and Concorde.
However, there is so much more to see in this popular 7,000 square meter museum designed to look like an aircraft's fuselage. The interactive facility lets visitors experience behind the scenes in the cockpit, try building their own plane, try out a flight simulator and explore the history of aviation in themed galleries and exhibits.
The museum is located close to the Airbus factory, and offers several different guided tours as well as a full program of events and lectures.
