Kings Park and its accompanying botanical gardens are one of the largest municipal parks in the world.
Visited by more than six million people each year, the park is located in the city of Perth in Western Australia. One of its claims to fame is that it has more monuments than any other park in the country. Kings includes cultivated areas as well and uncultivated bushland. Located on the Swan River, much of the park overlooks central Perth.
