Jaswant Thada is a cenotaph in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. Built in 1899, it is in memory a beloved ruler. It is also the location of a cremation family ground. In addition, it is called the Taj Mahal of Marwar.
Designed with a Rajputana style of architecture, the mausoleum is constructed with thin sheets of white marble that glow when the sun hits it. Also, it is adorned with a collection of domes. The mausoleum is decorated with an array of portraits and paintings of various Jodhpur rulers.
The grounds include a tiered garden, a lake, gazebos and three additional cenotaphs.
