Along the Ottawa River in Gatineau, Quebec is the very popular Jacques Cartier Park for a number of activities. People love the open space it provides, as well as entertainment throughout the year.
The most notable structure in the park is the Maison Charron, which is the oldest house in Hull. It was restored over 30 years ago, and is now used throughout the year for a variety of activities. Many people enjoy the photo opportunities that are available at the park, especially when the weather is nice during the summer. In the winter, Winterlude, which is held every February, is huge as well.
