Igreja do Senhor do Bonfim is a Catholic church located in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. It sits on Montserrat Hill, in the Itapagipe Peninsula. Inaugurated in 1754, the church is built in the Rococo or Late Baroque architectural style with brick and stone masonry. In 1938, it was designated a historic building, which gives it a protected status.
The interior of the church is decorated with works by Antonio Joaquim dos Santos, Antonio de Santa Rosa, Franco Velasco and Jose Teofilo. Each year it is the site of the Festa do Bonfim, which is one of the most important celebrations in the city.
