Hitachi Seaside Park is a 470-acre public park in Hitachinaka, Ibaraki, Japan. It has plenty of green spaces and seasonal flower displays that include tulips, cosmos and red kokia.
During the spring, visitors can view the Pacific Ocean while grabbing breathtaking views of 4.5 million baby blue-eye flowers. During the fall, view the colorful bassia scoparia, which is also known as ragweed.
