Bosque dos Buritis is a 141,500 square foot preserved green space in Goiania, Brazil. It is one of seven well known parks in the city. Established in 1933, the land has waterfalls, lakes, canals and three lagoons. It also is home for both native and exotic plants such as bamboo and jambo.
The park has monuments, a museum and an arts center. There is also an orchid nursery in the space. Locals and tourists can walk around the lake or enjoy the chirping Brazilian birds. Hike the trails or play on the playgrounds. Buritis is a wonderful place for families to relax and have fun.
