Arena Pantanal is a stadium in Brazil that is often used for football matches, most famously as the venue for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. The arena can seat up to 44,000 spectators and was constructed to replace the Verdão stadium which used to be the primary football stadium in the city. Work on Arena Pantanal began in 2010, the same year that the older Verdão was demolished.
The stadium is a preferred venue not just for soccer matches but also for concerts and other events. Seats are comfortable and offer fantastic views of the arena below. Food and drinks are easily available during events. A taxi bay is also set up outside to make catching a cab from the stadium easier on spectators.
